TOHS Lancer Band Boosters

The Thousand Oaks High School Band Booster Club, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) whose mission is to:

Promote and encourage the Band Program to reach its fullest potential;

Support the music and performance program as defined by the Band Director;

Promote the interests of the Band Program within the local community; and

Promote and encourage musical excellence, teamwork and cooperation in an environment of mutual respect and dignity.

The Band Boosters support (from our volunteers) and provide financial assistance (through donations and fundraising) to enable the band to participate in the many activities that occur throughout each school year – from marching band in the fall to guard and drumline in the winter, and all year long in the concert bands and jazz programs.

We are an organization that runs entirely on volunteer power. Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet new friends, support valuable programs, have fun, and above all, show our students how much they matter. And with all of us working towards a common goal, we can achieve success and ensure that the years in band will be some of the best and most memorable years for our students.

We have set up booster class representatives to provide you with helpful information and to be your personal interface into the program. Please feel free to contact your booster rep. or any board member.

All executive board meetings are conducted monthly during the school year. There are at least six (6) general booster meetings per school year. Please check our band calendar for the next scheduled meeting. Booster meetings typically start at 7:00 PM in the TOHS Band Room.

We look forward to sharing the upcoming band season together!
