The Lancer Band Field Show for 2017

This fall, the Lancer Band performs a new field show, Times Square. Our Event Schedule is listed below the show description.

What's the show about?

Times Square takes us through a day in the life of anyone who lives, commutes, works, and plays in this mecca of the Big Apple, on any day…or the most memorable. Times Square is performed in four movements:

1 – Metroplex, by Robert Sheldon
2 – Rephrygeration, by Todd Stalter
3 – Harlem Nocturne, by Earle Hagen
4 – Seize the Day, by Alan Menken

There are twelve scheduled performances of our light show. Many of these performances are local. There are five football games where the band will perform at halftime, except for Homecoming on October 13. There are 7 field show performances, and three will be local! There are lots of opportunities to support the Lancer Band:

Football Halftime Performances

Unless otherwise noted, Football Games take place on Fridays at 7:00 PM, and the half-time performance takes place about 8:00 PM.

  • September 1: TOHS vs. Westlake
  • September 9: TOHS vs.Highland
  • September 28: TOHS vs Agoura - Thursday evening game!
  • October 13: TOHS vs. Royal - Homecoming - No field show performance
  • October 27: TOHS vs. Calabasas
